The Dark Knight Rises is the final installment of an American film produced by Christopher Nolan and stars Christian Bale taking the cowl of the dark avenger himself. Nolan began the three part film with Batman Begins as he retells the story of Bruce Wayne’s life before batman and his struggle to become Gotham’s protector. Nolan did not adapt any concepts from the previous Batman movies except for the characters and story of the Batman mythology which greatly pleased the fans. The previous Batman movies were great for its time but it lacked the great story telling and technology of the twenty first century.

Not much has been revealed as to the plot of the Dark Knight Rises but a trailer has been leaked earlier on in the year and since has gone mainstream. As far as we know, Commissioner Gordon is laying almost lifeless on a hospital bed attached with a breathing apparatus and speaking to whom we believe to be batman. Tom Hardy takes on the role of the villainous Bane: an overpowered masked villain juiced unnaturally by illegal growth chemicals that gives him super human strength, speed, and stamina. Ann Hathaway takes on the role of Catwoman: one of Batman’s many Villains and on special occasion, a partner and love interest. We will be glad to see the sexy Ann Hathaway take on the role of Cat woman as she joins other celebrities to take the mask of Cat Woman such as Halle Berry and Michelle Pfiffer in other adaptations of the many Batman Movies.
